PAKE, Paula J. - age 67, of Swartz Creek, died November 10, 2022. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Monday, November 14, 2022 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton, MI 48430 with Rev. Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. Interment will be held 2 PM Monday, November 14, 2022 at Glen Eden Memorial Park, 35667 Eight Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Sunday, November 13, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, MI 48430. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family. Paula was born March 29, 1955 in Detroit, the daughter of Albert Thomas and Anna Faye (Steiner) Martin. She married Terry Pake on August 21, 1998. Paula was a Medical Assistant at McLaren in Fenton for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Paula loved spending time with her kids and grandkids. She was a very loving and caring person. Paula loved animals and had a sparkling sense of humor. Surviving are husband, Terry Pake; son, Frank (Sarah) Beranek; daughter, Rachel Beranek (Duane Venner); grandchildren, Christian and Serenity; siblings, Sandra Marie Sygo and Cathleen Faye (Theodore) Miller; step-mother, Helen Kalevas Martin; step-siblings, Paula Beauchamp, Tina Kovalcik, and George Kalevas; many nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Arlene Marie Pake; brothers-in-law, Patrick (Bridget) Pake and Timothy (Glenda) Pake; sister-in-law, Julia Seitz. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Thomas Michael Martin; father-in-law, Donald Pake; and brothers-in-law, Jim Sygo and Michael Lee Pake.
