SHANKS – AYLSWORTH, Kimberly Marie – of Montrose, age 54, died Sunday, January 10, 2021 at McLaren Flint. Honoring Kimberly’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Kimberly was born June 30, 1966 in Flint, Michigan to the late Paul and Praxeda “Pat” (Kujacznski) Aylsworth. She grew up in Clio, Michigan and graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1984. Kimberly then went on to Kirtland Community College and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. On February 11, 1995 she married Clint Shanks and he preceded her in death in 2011. Kimberly enjoyed photography, word puzzles and her cats. She invented a water proof card holder for greeting cards for the cemetery.
Surviving are: Son, Jake Shanks; Siblings, Donna Williams, Ken (Kathy) Aylsworth, Vince (Misty) Aylsworth, Roger (Martha) Aylsworth; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; her cat Meow - Meow.
