SHOURD, Virginia Jean. – of Flint, age 89, died Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Kith Haven of Flint. Funeral services will be held at 1PM Friday, December 21, 2018 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Larry Rednower officiating. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM.
Virginia was born August 5, 1929 in Flint, Michigan to the late Frederick and Edith (Hamlin) Kuck. She married Harold Edward Shourd on February 14, 1953 in Flint. He preceded her in death October 10, 1991. Virginia was of the Baptist faith and knew the love for her Lord. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, soap operas, country music, and reading her Bible. Virginia loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are: Daughters: Brenda Kuck, and Karen (Kevin) Randall; Sons: James (Kathy) Shourd, and Russ Shourd; Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
