Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Church 10:30 AM Saturday, February 3, 2024. Deacon Ragston will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. and may be viewed from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM. Friday. Deaon Ragston was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army. |
