CHURCH, Shannon Marie (Warren) – of Flint, MI, age 48, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023. A Funeral Service will be held 12 PM Friday, June 23, 2023 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423. Cremation will take place following the service. The family will receive visitors 4-8 PM Thursday, June 22, 2023 and 10 AM-12 PM Friday, June 23, 2023 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County, in Shannon’s memory.
Shannon was born in Flint, MI on July 13, 1974, daughter of Bob and Linda (Schacher) Warren. She was a graduate of Kearsley High School Class of 1993. After graduation, Shannon earned 2 associate degrees from Baker College. Shannon married Jeff Church on May 10, 2003 in Flint, MI. She was an animal lover and loved spending time with her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Shannon and her family enjoyed going on “road trips”.
Shannon is survived by her husband, Jeff Church; parents, Bob (Linda) Warren; sister, Tracy (Ethan) Marlow; 2 siblings-in-law, Debbie Sue (Lee) Miller and Jimmy (Sheila) Church; parents-in-law, Phil (Kay) Church; she was Aunt Sha-Sha to Camryn, Alicen, Arianna (Domi), Breana, Gabriella, Landon, Kennedy, Owen and Juniper; grandparents, Paul (Frida) Schacher and Darlene Warren; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by 2 aunts, Diane Schacher and JoJo Warren; grandfather, Robert Warren and brother-in-law, Todd Church.
