NELSON, Vickie Dawn (Rottiers) Miller – of Mt. Morris, MI, age 66, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on a later date.
Vickie was born in Flint, MI on October 16, 1954, daughter of the late Victor and Billie (Woods) Rottiers, Jr. She married Crist Nelson on December 20, 2005. Vickie was a gifted artist, enjoying arts and crafts, painting and trips to the casino.
Vickie is survived by her husband of 15 years, Crist Nelson; daughter, Tammy (Brian) Olay; 3 grandchildren, Michael (fiancée, Kandice Anderson) Olay, Victoria Olay and Rachel Olay; 3 siblings, Dwight (Cathy) Rottiers, Lauren (Michelle) Rottiers and Jac (Michelle) Rottiers; her first husband, Raymond Miller; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Billie Rottiers, Jr.
