WILKINSON, Kevin Douglas – of Flint, MI, age 62, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Robert D. Taylor officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. The family will receive visitors 11 AM-1 PM Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the United Way, Autism Speaks or the American Cancer Society, in Kevin’s memory.
Kevin was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on December 15, 1960, son of Douglas and Anne (Hawes) Wilkinson. He was a graduate of Flint Central High School Class of 1979. Kevin married Amy on March 28, 2003. He was employed with Simms Chevrolet in Clio, MI. Kevin enjoyed golfing, riding his Indian motorcycle, boating, cooking, music and spending time with his family and friends.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Amy Wilkinson; 3 children, Melissa (Kyle) Ritter, Stuart Wilkinson and Easton (Kaitie) Clemons; grandson, Miles Ritter; father, Douglas Wilkinson; mother, Anne McCune; 2 siblings, Susan (Joseph) D’Angelo and Karin (Bryan) Beaman; many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and good friends. He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Pattie Wilkinson and step-father, Tom McCune.
