SNIFF, Laura Lue – of Montrose, age 74, died at home, with family by her side on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 1PM Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Pastor Hal Phillips officiating. Graveside service to follow at Hammond Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designation.

Laura was born May 2, 1947, in Flint, Michigan to the late Thomas and Beatrice (Middleton) Creed. She met the love her life, Herbert Sniff through a family friend and the two were later married on October 2, 1981. Laura will be remembered as a kind soul, who was extremely sweet to everyone. She was known for her astounding collection and love for dolls, as well as gardening, and flowers. She enjoyed hay rides and strolls on the motorcycle with Herb. Above all, her life revolved around her family and grandchildren.

Surviving are: Husband, Herbert Sniff; Children: Lori (Rick) Lansford, Tammy (Brian) DeWitt, Angie (Ken Bedtelyon) Bailey, Tammie Sue (Scott) Haught, and Christine (Mike) Kosha; 23 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; Siblings: Dianne (Arthur) Ward, Kathy Wills, Bob Creed, Linda Allman, Willard Stadler, and Gale Lansford; Several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by: Son, David Bailey; Sister in law, Joyce Stadler; Brothers in law: Steve Wills, and Jerry Allman; And two infant sisters.
