KRIEVE, Charles Milan Jr. - Age 73, of Fenton, passed away May 31, 2021. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Pastor Bob Easlick will officiate. Those desiring may make contributions to Linden United Methodist Church. Charles was born February 19, 1948 in Manistee the son of Charles Milan and Gail (Hansen) Krieve. He retired from General Motors after 33 years of service, where he was the Workers Comp and Disability Manager. Following retirement, he went to work for Sedgewick for another seven years. Charles was an avid fisherman. He enjoyed making knives and canning; he was famous for his hot sauce. His family was so important to him and he loved to spoil his grandkids. He is survived by his wife, Sandra; daughter, Amy (Bill) Owen; son, Jim (Britten) Krieve; grandchildren, Nate and Aubrey Owen, Mason, Miaya, Miranda and Maren Krieve; sisters, Sylvia Steinberg and Kathy Datema; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers-in-law, Ron Steinberg and Roger Datema. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com |
