Waid, Sharon Worthington, age 66 of Grand Blanc, went to be with the Lord on June 26, 2023. Per her wishes, Sharon has been cremated and she will be privately be laid to rest at the Lakeside Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
Sharon was born on February 6, 1957 to the late Louis George and Joann Gilda (Federici) Worthington in Plainville, New Jersey. Her family later moved to Michigan, and she graduated from Holly High School before enjoying a career in modeling and then excelled as a chef. She was a proud mother, grandmother and friend to many.
She is survived by her children, Christy (Jonathon) Sanborn of Montrose, Luke (Michelle) Waid of Flint, and Alexis (Eric) Pike of Flushing; loving grandmother to Alexander, Nikholis, Nicholas, Sophia, Luke, Jr., Olive, Willow, and Ivory; she also leaves behind her special friend, George.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Robin Worthington.
