Age 69, passed away Friday, November 29, 2024 at Henry Ford Genesys-Grand Blanc. Jake was a wonderful person, son, father, papa, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He leaves many to cherish his memory, love and kindness. His cremation has taken place and the Celebration of Life will be announced and held in the spring. We'd like to thank Serene Meadows of Grand Blanc, Ascension Living PACE, and Henry Ford Genesys. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. |
