Nielsen, Duane Rae age 58 of NC, passed away May 4, 2017 at St. James Hospital in Illinois. Funeral service will be held 2 pm, Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI 48503. Family will receive visitors from 10 am until time of service at 2 pm Saturday. Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Cremation to follow. Duane was a member of Southern Riders Motorcycle Club in NC and the American Legion 288 in Coinjock, NC. He is survived by his children Elaine (Roderick) Powell, Duane (Traci) Nielsen II, Mickel Nielsen, brothers Frank and John, sister Dawn, grandchildren Jonathan, Brooke, Hayden and Morgan, former spouse of 29 years Karie Nielsen, his beloved dog Peanut and many friends and family throughout the U.S. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Duane Nielsen II, 2729 Sandalwood Ave. Henderson NV 89074. |
