The Reverend T. J. Wiggins, 92, of Toledo, passed away November 23, 2010 in the home of his daughter surrounded by is loving family. He was the pastor and founder of the Tabernacle MB Church, formerly of Ewing Street, for more than 52
years, prior to, he was the pastor of The Indiana MB Church in the late 1960’s. He was the widower of Eloise Henderson Wiggins after a 76 year marriage. He served in many capacities of his ministry to include the Moderator of the Northwestern Ohio Baptist District Association and president of the Baptist Ministers Conference of Toledo. He and his wife was voluntarily responsible for the upbringing of over twenty children. Surviving are sons, James Pierre and Walter, Jr. and Charles Labiche; daughters, Leola (Michael) Burton, Linda (Edward) Ellis, Eloise Hutchen and Lori (Matthew)
Brown; brother, Robert (Rose) Wiggins of New Orleans, LA; 24 grand and 34 great grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and kind friends. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday at the Tabernacle MB Church, 1611 Arlington
