Randy was born in Yale, MI on August 20, 1940, son of the late Arthur and Faye (Steenberg) Bullock. Randy spent his formative years surrounded by the natural beauty of Brimley, MI, where his love for hunting, fishing, and his skilled craftsmanship began to blossom. In pursuit of his dreams, Randy later relocated to Flint, MI, where he joined Fessler and Bowman, showcasing his talents in construction. However, the spirit of an entrepreneur burned brightly within him, leading Randy to establish his own construction business, A-1 Carpentry. This venture marked the beginning of a remarkable journey filled with dedication and hard work. In 1980, Randy found his lifelong partner in Debbie Beebe, and together, they embarked on a shared path of entrepreneurship. Randy and Debbie founded Bullock’s Auction House, creating a space where memories were auctioned and cherished possessions found new homes. Their vision expanded, leading to the establishment of Bullock’s Guns-N-More and Bullock’s Storage Company, establishments that reflected Randy's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Randy's legacy extends beyond the businesses he built; it is a testament to the resilience, determination, and love that defined his character. He will be remembered for his unwavering work ethic, his passion for creating opportunities, and the warmth with which he welcomed others into his life. As we bid farewell to Randy, let us celebrate the life of a man who pursued his dreams, built a thriving legacy, and left an enduring impact on the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Randy is survived by his wife, Debbie Bullock; 2 children, Larry (Yvonne) Bullock and Ardith Jarrad; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sister, Janet Syrjala; 3 step-brothers, Barry Bullock, Jerry Bullock and Kenny Bullock; many other loving family members and good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Faye Bullock.
