WHITE, Dorothy Marie (Miller) - Age 84, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday, July 13, 2021. Funeral service will take place 1 PM, Friday, July 16, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Home, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held from 12 PM until the time of service Friday.
Dorothy was born on May 6, 1937 in Byron the daughter of Jesse and Catherine (Clymer) Miller. She worked as a Pharmacy Tech. for several years with Northwest Drugs. Dorothy and Donald White were united in marriage on July 30, 1955 in Byron. She was a member of the Swartz Creek Church of the Nazarene and the Red Hat Society, Angels in Red Hats of Swartz Creek.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Donald Jr. (Linda) White and David (Karen) White; 6 grandchildren, Blaine, Kyle, Kurt, Ryan, Seth and Erin; 9 great-grandchildren; 5 siblings, Fred (Joyce) Miller, Lawrence (Eleanor) Miller, Ruth Ann (James) Webb, Patricia Bila and Jesse (Evelyn) Miller; and several cherished nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; parents, Jesse and Catherine Miller; and beloved aunt and uncle, Betty and Dick Carter. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
