LUTZ, ALLYN CAROLE (Munn)(Kline) - Of Flint, age 62, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held 12pm Saturday, October 14, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Jim Garfield officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 4-8pm Friday at the funeral home
Allyn was born in Flint, Michigan on December 2, 1960, the daughter of Raymond and Iris (McSorely) Munn. She was in the Corunna High School Swim Team and was an excellent softball player. On September 5, 2015, she married Rick Lutz at Higher Ground Ministries in Swartz Creek and he preceded her in death on December 7, 2019. Allyn enjoyed gardening, landscaping and German Shepherds.
Surviving are son, Andrew and wife Chrysta Kline;
grandchildren, Seth, Lyllian, Ryllie, and Kyle;
sisters, Martha and husband Bucky Buxton and Mary Anne Rountree;
brothers, Charles and wife Treena Munn and John and wife Nancy Bradford;
nieces and nephew, Amy, Sarah and Charles;
several great nieces and nephews;
and special friend, Kerry Barrett and wife, Chrissy.
She was preceded in death by her husband Rick and her father Raymond.
