PIRIE, Rebecca Delfina : Age 80, of Lennon, passed away, November 26, 2020. Funeral services will be held 1PM Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Pastor Aaron Whitman officiating. Visitation will be 11 AM until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, Troy. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
Rebecca was born August 2, 1940 in Pontiac, the daughter of Jessie and Nellie (Lazono) Ramirez. She married Robert Pirie in July 1988. Rebecca worked in production for GM for many years. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, Swartz Creek. Rebecca enjoyed cooking and watching Westerns.
She is survived by: children, Robert Torres, Robert Pirie Jr., Richard (Mary) Pirie, Rachelle Pirie; grandchildren, Austin Torres, Miranda Ward, Richard, Rebecca, Ryan, Randy, Reanna, and Roger Pirie; siblings, Joe Ramirez, Angie Nexsen, Mary Ledesma; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Robert Pirie; daughter, Christina Castanon; siblings, Charles Ramirez, Jessie Ramirez, and Gloria Freiburger. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
