Johnson, Betty “Jane” (Eller) of Barryton, Michigan, formerly of Flushing, age 99, died Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at Timberline Lodge Assisted Living. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Thursday at Rossell Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Flushing Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Timberline Lodge.
Betty “Jane” was born on April 10, 1924, the daughter of Ray and Ruth (Robison) Fenton. She married Bernard L. Eller in Flint, Michigan on August 21, 1942. He preceded her in death on December 23, 1978. She later married Wesley Johnson in Hersey, Michigan on June 8, 1983, and he preceded her in death in November of 1995. Jane worked at General Motors. She was a former Shriner’s clown. Jane enjoyed spending her winters in Florida and will be remembered for having an incredible zest for life.
Jane is survived by her daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Eller of Flushing; grandchildren, Donald and wife Audra Eller, Jody Hellinger; and great-grandchildren, Zander Hellinger and Hannah Eller. Jane was also preceded in death by her sons, Donald Eller and Daniel Roy Eller. |
