On March 28 after a long four year battle with cancer Timothy James Ramlow, 66, son of the late Donald and Arlene Ramlow and brother to Cindi (Robert) Ryerson and Diane (Paul) Spahr passed away. He was a life long resident of the Flint area. Tim was born on February 4, 1955 and he graduated from Southwestern High School in 1973. Tim was the loving father to Nicole (Paul) Owen and Kati (Whit) Hutchinson. Tim worked for Pic Way Shoes for many years and managed the former Ballenger Hwy location. Most recently, Tim was employed by Al Serra. Tim was an avid bowler and enjoyed helping others improve their game. Tim's adventures on his wave runner were enjoyed by many as he would take it out with friends at local lakes and even out in the Gulf of Mexico. Tim also enjoyed riding his motorcycle as well. He loved the freedom and joy that motorcycle riding brought him. Tim enjoyed spending time with friends and family but it was his grandchildren Layla and Mya Hutchinson and Olivia and Luke Owen that would call him G- Paw and be the loves of his life. Tim could be found at the ballpark watching the grandchildren play ball or dressing up to dance like the contestants of Dancing with the Stars with them. Tim was a caring friend to many. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him but will not be forgotten, as he will live on in our hearts. Tim loved his daughters and their families so much and was blessed to always have them with him. Cremation has taken place and a private ceremony will be held at a later date. Those desiring to make contributions in memory of Tim, are encouraged to make them to the National Cancer Society.
