JACKSON, Rita Ann – Of Flint, age 90, died Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at McLaren-Flint.
Per Rita’s wishes, cremation will take place.
Contributions may be directed to Swartz Creek Community Church in her memory.
Rita was born in Flint, Michigan on April 1, 1933, the daughter of the late Joseph and Sophie Jakowczyk. She was a member of Swartz Creek Community Church. Rita enjoyed trips to Frankenmuth, garage sales and shopping at Meijer. She was employed at the Kmart on Miller Road for 10 years before retirement.
Surviving are daughter, Kathy and husband, Ron Brack of TN;
grandchildren, Jennifer Brack, Thomas Pero and Melissa Pero;
great-grandchildren, Issiah Brack and Oakland Brack;
special cousins, Bill Jackson, Gale Frazee, Gary Frazee, Leslie Frazee, David Frazee and Shelley Detert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jackson, sons, Michael Jackson, Thomas Jackson, granddaughter, Jamie Johnston and siblings, Paul Jakowczyk and Agnes Frazee.
