Timothy Ferree Borrow, 62, of Corunna, passed away at Hospice House of Shiawassee County on Thursday, May 25, 2023. Funeral service to honor and celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 12:00pm at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Durand Chapel, 501 N. Saginaw St., Durand. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 30, from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm.
Timothy was born on March 3, 1961, in Flint, Michigan to the late August Leland and Patricia Lucille (Shive) Borrow. He graduated from Durand High School in the class of 1981 and spent his life as a heavy equipment operator and a family man! There was never a dull moment when Tim was around, he brought life to any party. He was a collector of all things big and small and wouldn't pass a garage sale for the fear of missing a collectable. He was a huge Kyle Busch NASCAR fan hence the M&M refrigerator at the cabin; he loved time at the cabin with his family, especially his grandchildren and the pontoon. He had a personality a mile wide and loved to share it with everyone he encountered.
Tim is survived by his wife, Debra, their children; Teddy (Christine) Smith, Ashley (Bob Champagne) Smith, and Brook Borrow. His grandchildren; Natalee Kuchar, Dean Smith, Hailee Meyers, Lauren Champagne, Samuel Smith, Cain Smith, Kinslee Champagne, Kason Champagne, his special nephew, Christian, and his siblings; Gus Borrow, Doug Borrow, and Melanie Olsen.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Debbie Borrow, his nephew, Wesley Borrow and great nephew Parker Borrow.
