BRISBIN, Chester Age 64, of Clio passed away on October 10, 2020 at Regency of Grand Blanc after a brief battle with cancer.
Chester was born on January 18, 1956 in Flint, MI. He graduated from Clio High School. He was a proud member of the UAW and retired from Delphi in 2006.
Anyone who knew Chester would say he was the life of the party, a prankster, and a rule breaker. There was never a dull moment when you were around him. He also had the biggest heart and would give anyone in need the shirt off of his back. His one of a kind charming personality will be truly missed by all who knew him. Chester’s free time was always filled with adventures with his children Faye and Neil. He will forever remain a legend to those who were fortunate enough to know him. Chester definitely had a wild side, however he was a very traditional, old fashioned gentleman.
Chester will be forever lovingly remembered by his children Faye Brisbin, Neil (Kristen) Brisbin, Justin (Stefanie) Brisbin and grandchildren Amelia Brisbin (grandpas little birdie), Ben Brisbin, Beau Brisbin, Bella Brisbin, and another grandchild on its way in the Spring of 2021.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Brisbin (Ortmertl), father, Clinton Brisbin, sister, Barbara Fitch, and brother, Thomas Brisbin.
A celebration of Chester’s life will take place with family and close friends at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in the memory of Chester Brisbin to My Brothers Keeper of Genesee County or Hurley’s Breast Cancer Patient Navigation Program.
