Edward Vernon Shiflett, Age 74, went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 28, 2021. He was born in Flint, Mi. to the late Edgar and Katherine Shiflett. Preceded in death by his brother, Robert Shiflett. Survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Barbara, his children Kim (Tony) DeMasellis, Bethany (Kevin) Jerome, and Beckey (Dan) Mead also many grandchildren whom he adored. Along with his brothers David Shiflett and Tom (Patty) Shiflett and nephews. Ed was a very passionate man whose love for the Lord he shared with everyone he met. He asked the Lord into his heart at a young age at Red Arrow Rd Church under Pastor Waddles. Ed was an avid fisherman that loved to share his knowledge. And you could count on him for a good clean, funny joke. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date at the Baptist Church of Hadley – Pastor Jesse Loggans officiating.
