STEBBINS, Jeffrey Lee - Of Grand Blanc, age 58, died Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at McLaren-Flint.
Visitation will be held 11am-8pm Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Due to Covid-19 and government regulations, only 25 people will be allowed in the chapel at one time. Mask, group capacity and distancing guidelines must be practiced.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Service at the cemetery and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Contributions may be made to the Michigan Audubon Society.
Jeffrey was born in Flint, MI on June 9th, 1962 to Clinton and Doreen (Winer) Stebbins. He graduated from Kearsley High School in 1980 and shortly after married the love of his life Kathy Taljonick at Crossroads Village on May 14, 1983. He was an amazing father who would give anything for his children, Jason and Jaime. He served in the United States Navy N.A.S. in Lemoore, CA. He had many hobbies including photography, bird watching, trout fishing, traveling and genealogy. But, his greatest joy was being a loving Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Grandpa “Gramps/Uppa” and just a giving person to everyone he met. That didn’t stop in death, Jeffrey went to heaven giving to The Gift of Life Organization by donating his usable organs to those in need. One last selfless act to show just how amazing he truly was. He will be deeply missed by many but, his memory will live on for a lifetime.
Surviving are his wife, Kathy, son, Jason Stebbins, daughter, Jaime (Miguel) Vasquez, grandchildren, Isaac, Braylen and Jonah Vasquez, mother, Doreen Stebbins, sister, Cyndy (Rick) Brown and nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Grandparents and many other relatives.
