JAMEYSON, Richard Kenneth - Age 70, of Linden, died Monday, November 15, 2021. Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Friday, November 19, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton (A live stream of the service will be available on Rick's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com). Pastor Brad Foster officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 4-8 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the Fenton V.F.W. Auxiliary Curtis Wolverton Post #3243.
Rick was born November 4, 1951 in Flint, the son of Kenneth J. and Grace Doreen (Rose) Jameyson. He was a 1969 graduate of Fenton High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He had resided in Linden since 2015 coming from Fenton/Holly. Rick retired from Montgomery Ward as a appliance repairman; he had also worked for Genesee County Appliance and Barn Appliance. He was a member of the Fenton V.F.W. Auxiliary Curtis Wolverton Post #3243.
Surviving are: his mother, Grace Jameyson of Fenton; brother, Robin Jameyson of Fenton; brother-in-law, Mark Carlson of Southgate; nieces and nephews, Erik (Alanna) Carlson of Livonia, Darin Carlson of South Lyon, Murphy Jameyson of Grand Blanc, and Spencer Jameyson of Burton; great nephew, Jameyson Carlson, and several other great nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Jameyson; and sister, Rene Carlson. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
