LaNease Joan Creed
Age 83 of Corunna passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Welcome Home Assisted Living.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the New Lothrop Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at McGeehan Funeral Homes New Lothrop Chapel on Monday, April 25th from 5:00 to 8:00pm.
LaNease was born on February 15, 1939 to Lowell and Reba (Pavy) Larson in Flint. She married the love of her life, Gary D. Creed on June 5, 1955; they celebrated 66 years of marriage.
LaNease spent her life as a loving homemaker. She loved birds and butterflies, enjoyed bowling in her younger years, and loved planting flowers in her garden. Most of all, LaNease loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren.
LaNease is survived by her husband, Gary; her children, Mark (Judy) Creed, Jeff (Cheryl) Creed, and Lisa Creed; her grandchildren, Cliffton (Sara) Breiler, Selena (Allison) Creed, Breanna Creed, and Tyler Creed; her great-grandchildren, Addison and Emersyn; and her siblings, Larry (Bard) Larson and Karen Weaver.
LaNease is predeceased by her parents.
