GRONAUER, Marc David -- Age 51, of Davison, died peacefully surrounded by his family on April 27, 2021. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Tuesday May 4 at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 2316 W. Coldwater Rd., Flint, MI. Father Paul Donnelly Celebrant. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, and a Rosary will be prayed at 7 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association. Marc was born June 21, 1969 in Flint the son of John and Lynn (LaFramboise) Gronauer. He married Lisa Gonzalez on May 31, 1997 he was employed at TMI Climate Solutions, where he cared deeply about his coworkers. He loved working as a Journeyman and Bricklayer for several years. He enjoyed fishing especially his annual fishing trips with family. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Lisa Gronauer; children, Jessica (Chad) Avery of Chicago, Tyler Gronauer of Ann Arbor; 2 grandchildren, Cash and Jack Avery; father, John (Emily) Gronauer; brother Scott (Ivette) Gronauer of Apopka, Florida; step-sisters, Christina Mashburn and Jill (Matt) Vosburgh; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mother Lynn, his aunt Mary-Ellen, and his paternal and maternal grandparents. |
