Randee was born on October 10, 1954, in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Ernest & Dolores Miller and has lived in Michigan her entire life.

Randee cooked many wonderful meals for her family throughout the years. She also enjoyed keeping a garden and canning delicious vegetables with her mother and sisters. She always enjoyed God's Creations and simply liked to sit and observe nature. Randee was talented with sewing and crocheting and created many projects and gifts over the years; her mother started D's Bunting (a small baby blanket business), and Randee and her sisters helped build the business. Above all Randee loved attending church and fellowship with her church family. This past year she has been a shut-in due to her health.

Randee married Joseph Bisaha in Grand Blanc, Michigan on September 2, 2000.
