WATSON, Gladys May - age 100, of Grand Blanc, died January 18, 2022. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Friday, January 21, 2022 at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 7234 Fenton Rd, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 with Pastor Nathan Allen officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM - 1 PM Friday at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Spirit Lutheran Church. Gladys was born September 22, 1921 in Flint, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Annie (Stevens) Bryant and was a graduate of Flint Northern High School. She married Frank Scott Caird Watson on June 2, 1945 in Flint and he preceded her in death in 2003. Gladys was a long-time member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church and volunteered with the American Red Cross for 30 years at McLaren Hospital. Surviving are: two sons, Jeffrey (Catherine) Watson and Bradley Watson; grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer) Watson, Marci (Mark) Johnson, Brian Watson, and Melissa (Jeremy) Mattson; great-grandchildren, Miranda and Ava Watson, Ben and Jack Johnson, Cameron and Olivia Mattson; niece, Debbie Schlis; nephew, Dan Bryant. She was also preceded in death by: her parents and brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Melba Bryant. The family extends a very special thank you to Pastor Nathan Allen, Bella Vita Assisted Living, Grace Hospice, especially, Katie, Veronica, and Betsey.
