Mark Duane Hauck of Davison, MI was welcomed through the gates of Heaven on May 25, 2022 surrounded by his family and closest friends. Mark graduated from Kearsley High School in 1973 before starting his 34 year career as a skilled tradesman for General Motors. Mark loved adventurous travel with his family, home improvement projects, and playing as big of a role as he could with his grandchildren. Mark had a servant’s heart the first to help folks around him in need. He loved the Lord and always led by example. Mark’s passion was his family, he was a warrior in the most subtle way, and was our family’s sanity check.
Mark leaves behind his loving wife of 44 years, Jacqueline; his son, Paul Hauck (Michelle), grandchildren Chloe, Brody, and Alexandra; his daughter Melissa Marie Hauck, grandson Dawson Zapata; and his sister Catherine Fogliano, nephew Mitchell Fogliano. Mark also says goodbye to a number of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. As a family, we’d like to thank all the caregivers, Heartland Hospice, ALS of Michigan, the ALS Association, and the countless numbers of friends and family that offered their acts of service, love, and support.
Mark is preceded in death by Donald Noyce (father-in-law), Helen Burley (mother-in-law), Michael Noyce (brother-in-law) and his parents Paul and Louella Hauck.
A Memorial Service and Gathering Time will be held from 11:00 – 2:00 pm Thursday June 16, 2022 at CenterPointe Church (Faith Tabernacle) 1225 S. Center Rd. Burton Michigan 48509. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.net
