Mrs. Elaine E. (Emery) Willson of Vassar, Michigan passed away Wednesday morning December 21, 2022, at the age of 78.
Elaine was the daughter of the late Donald & Helen (Vargo) Emery Sr, and was born on June 11, 1944, in Hamtramck, Michigan. Elaine worked for R.J. Manufacturing as a machine operator. She loved music by Elvis, collecting his many tapes and albums especially the “The Elvis Presley Treasury”. Elaine never passed a yard sale, she loved playing games on her tablet, collecting teacups, sock monkeys and crocheting.
Elaine leaves to treasure her memory her daughter Helen Willson, Mavis (Rickey) Willson, a brother Richard (Rich) Emery, special friend Dave Chatfield. Besides her parents Elaine is preceded in death by her loving husband George Willson, two-brothers, Donald Jr, and Ronald, a sister Joan, and her fur babies.
Friends may call at the Hanlin Funeral Home in Vassar, MI [1148 W. Saginaw Rd] on Wednesday Dec.-28-2022 beginning at 12:00 pm. Funeral services for Elaine will be held also on Wednesday Dec. 28, 2022, beginning at 1:00 pm with the burial to follow at the Tuscola Twp. Cemetery in Tuscola, Michigan.
