MCINTYRE, Norma M. – Of Bridgeport, formerly of Flint and Grand Blanc, age 93, died Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Harrison Covenant in Saginaw.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, son, Pastor Doug McIntyre officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to Saginaw Meals on Wheels or Abundant Grace Ministries of Bridgeport.
Visitation 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Norma was born in Flint, Michigan on April 26, 1928, the daughter of the late Edward and Cora (Reynolds) Arseneault.
On April 26, 1947 she married Donald J. McIntyre in Flint.
She was a founding member of Abundant Grace Ministries of Bridgeport.
She was involved with the Girl Scouts.
Mrs. McIntyre was a nurse at F.O.H in Flint and then owned M & M Creations.
Surviving are children, Terry and husband Daniel Williams of Florida,
Douglas and wife Victoria McIntyre of Burt, Michigan,
Patricia and husband Daniel Mercer of Millington,
Wayne and wife Kimberly McIntyre of North Carolina;
many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren;
brother, Pete Arseneault of Byron Center, Michigan;
many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald.
