Rick Bunker of Mundy Township, age 67, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024. A celebration of life will be held January 25, 2025 from 1-4pm at the Masonic Temple 7449 Miller Rd. Swartz Creek, MI 48473.
Rick was born in Flint on June 15, 1957. He grew up in Flint and later moved to Davison and Swartz Creek. He received his 32nd Degree Mason Certification. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He enjoyed celebrating every holiday, the outdoors, animals of all kind, motorcycling, playing cards, being with family, and making jokes.
He is survived by his wife Kimi Bunker; Daughter Gabrielle (Dalton) Hammond; Granddaughters Elleanna McKay and Shay Freelander; Grandsons Nickolas McKay and Matthew Meiburg; Sister Rose (Lowell) Swartz; Nephew and Nieces: Krissy (Chad) Barnes, Scott (Susan) Adam, Anthony Adam, Michael Worthington; Great Nephews and Nieces: Kyle (Chantal) Adam; Xavier Saldua; Brea (Austin) Selby; Kayla Zavala, Alexis (Thomas) Navarre. He had many great great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Margretta and Roy, brother Travis Lakewood, sister Jeanne Worthington, and step daughters Ashley Herriman and Alyssa Meiburg.
