SLOAN, Timothy Wheeler - Age 56, of Swartz Creek, passed away July 19, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Cremation Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Memorial Contributions in Tim's memory would be appreciated to Genesee County Animal Control or to the Greater Flint Dog Outreach.
Timothy was born March 16, 1966 in Flint, the son of Douglas William and Diane Marie (Wheeler) Sloan. He married Kristy L Kranz in Grand Blanc on June 25, 2021. Tim graduated from Swartz Creek High School in 1984 and was employed as an Airline Trainer and handler with Delta Airlines for 25 years. Tim enjoyed playful banter, intellectual conversations, and anything to do with sports. He loved spending time with friends and family and spur of the moment road trips with Kristy. He also loved and took great pride in his home, where he could be found spoiling and spending time with their beloved dog, J.J.
Tim's genuine and natural personality will be dearly missed by many friends and family.
Tim is survived by: his wife, Kristy; son, David Sloan; father, Douglas (Lois) Sloan; beloved uncle, Wayne (Camille) Wheeler; several aunts, uncles, niece Amber, and many relatives.
Tim was preceded in death by: his mother, Diane Boros; brothers, Mike and Pat Sloan; adored grandmother, Shirley (Wayne, Sr.) Wheeler; and his grandparents on his father's side. Online tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
