Bernardini, Carlos Cesar passed away October 9, 2024. Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI 48503. Family will receive visitors from 12:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home Thursday. Pastor Greg Timmons officiating, cremation to follow. Carlos was born November 21, 1951, in NYC. He joined the US Army in 1977 and served for 20 years as a photographer and Master Sargent. Carlos moved to Flint, MI, in 1997 and began a career in the automotive industry, where he worked for 20 years, retiring in 2017. Carlos was a dedicated father to sons, Melvin and Abram and daughter Brooklyn. He had a giving spirit and gave generously to children's charities. He will be deeply missed! Carlos is survived by his three children, grandchildren David and Naomi, brothers Jose, Eddie and Jesus, foster mother Dot and longtime partner Jennifer, several foster brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and many good friends. Carlos was preceded in death by his mother Carmen Arroyo and father Pasqual Bernardini. |
