Bolanowiski, Paul Sr. – of Flushing, age 88, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 3, 2022, at his residence surrounded by family. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Paul was born July 12, 1934, in Montrose, Michigan, to the late Peter and Catherine (Gornicki) Bolanowiski. He married the love of his life Delta Roy on April 30, 1960. Paul worked for Buick for 37 years at Plant 36. He was an avid member of Trinity Assembly of God. Paul loved to fish and enjoyed listing to music and playing his accordion. You could find him outside working on cars and tractors, he often traveled with his son Paul who would help hum buy tractors at auction. Paul loved gardening, where he grew his own canning pickles and peppers. He was known as Mr. Fix it; he enjoyed helping anyone whenever he could. If you knew Paul, you know he was the best soup maker around. He was an amazing husband, dad and grandpa who will be greatly missed by many.
Surviving are: Wife of 62 years, Delta Bolanowiski; Children: Paul (Cynthia) Bolanowiski Jr., Connie (Jeff) Duncan, Patty Gonzales, and Mary (Mark) Holliday; 6 wonderful grandchildren.
