MORALES, Edward P. - Of Shelby Township, formerly of Flint, age 65, died Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at his residence.
Edward was born in Flint, Michigan on March 17, 1958, the son of the late Edward and Audelia (Duran) Morales. He met his wife, Tomasa Carrasco, in 1973. Edward retired from AAA after 35 years of service. He was involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters and was active in many others. He enjoyed music, cars, and sports. Above all else, he enjoyed his grandchildren and his only daughter.
Surviving are wife, Tomasa;
daughter, Monica Morales of Davison;
grand-daughters, Malina, Isabella, and Analei;
great-granddaughter, Hendrix.
He was also preceded in death by brothers, Raymond, Matthew and Randy, sister, Margie and nephew, Matthew.
Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Saturday, June 24, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Associate Pastor Reverend Robert Allen officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
Visitation 11am-8pm Friday and 10am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
