Dorothy Pauline Alvarado, of Davison, MI passed away April 25, 2025, at Stonegate Health Campus, Lapeer. A Catholic funeral will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI 48503. Family will receive visitors from 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM. Cremation to follow. Fr. Tom Firestone officiating. Dorothy had a soft heart, loved everyone dearly and deeply. Her and her husband, Tony, did everything together such as traveling, family gatherings and even gardening. She was a co Brownie Leader, worked with Spark Plug City, C.B Club for MDA, volunteered for Flint Housing in the food give aways. Dorothy was employed at Lucas Cirtek. She is survived by her children Lewis, Marie, Carol, Bob, Luana, Scott, Allen, Davie and Tina, brother-in-law Felix, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Antonio "Tony" B. Alvarado, children Cathy, David, brother Alfred, sister Ruthann, her parents and grandparents.
