Bark, Richard- of Flushing, formerly Clio, age 86, died Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Hospice House of Shiawassee County. Funeral services will be held at 1PM, Thursday, July 7, 2022, at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. The family will receive visitors on Thursday from 11AM until time of service.
Richard was born March 11, 1936, in Barryton, Michigan to the late George and Vera (St. John) Bark. He was a kind and loving man. Richard enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout the years. Richard worked from 1952-1991 for AC Sparkplug Flint. Richard was very active in the UAW local 651. Later, he was an avid member of the UAW Local 651 retirees and was involved in many functions. He enjoyed gardening and just being outdoors. Above all he will be greatly missed by many.
Surviving are: loving partner of 10 years, Barbara McNallen; children: Cindy Nummilien of Rock, MI, Candee (Bob) VanDamme of Rock, MI, Connie Beauchamp of Little Lake MI, Carol "Chicky" (Brian) Lancour of Marquette, MI, Suzanne (Dave) Eggert of Grovetown, GA; several grandchildren and many great grandchildren; sisters: Carolyn (Richard) Monroe, and Linda (Marsdan) Antcliff. He is preceded in passing by his wife of 47 years, MaryAnn Bark; son, Randy Bark; brother, Dale Bark, and sister, Janice Bongard.
