Fox, Marion- of Millington, age 90, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Maple Woods Manor. Funeral services will be held 1PM Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Cremation will follow. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 11AM until time of service at 1PM.
Marion was born September 11, 1931, in Lapeer, Michigan to the late Kirk and Katherine (Docherty) McMullen. Marion married Larry (Joe) Fox September 21, 1991; they were able to share 31 years together. She worked for General Motors as a supervisor for 30 years. She enjoyed bingo, bowling, and traveling. Marion liked knitting and crocheting. Above all she will be missed by many.
Surviving are: Husband, Joe Fox, Children: Rick (Mary) Glover, Ed (Duana) Shreve, Joan Shreve, Chris (LeeAnn) Fox and Matt (Kerry) Fox; Grandchildren: Mike, Kelli, Terry, Sara, Tony, Krystal, Eddie, Janal, Leah, Bryant, Lisa, Taylor, Kristen, Addison, Kage, Dan, and Luke (Mami); Great grandchildren: Madison, Michael, Skyler, Aubrey, Evan, Scarlett and Elle; Brothers: George (Pat) McMullen, Doug (Margaret) McMullen and Ralph (Carol) McMullen; Brother- in- law, Ron (Gloryann) Fox; Several nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in passing by Son, Terry Shreve, Sisters: Ardith, Marsha and Wilma, Brother, Bill. The family would like to thank Maple Wood Manor in Clio and hospice home care for their wonderful job of caring for our mother.
