BOVEN, Mamie Pauline – Of Mt. Morris, age 94, died Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Caremore.
Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, June 9, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Her son, Pastor Gary Boven officiating.
Visitation 5-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Mamie was born in Flint, Michigan on May 21, 1928, the daughter of the late Richard and Dorotha Hardin. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving are 6 children, Ted, Richard (Ronda), Gary (Geraldine), John (Cathy), Doug (Valentina) and Randy;
14 grandchildren;
many great-grandchildren;
sister, Bonnie Ragnone;
brother, Kenneth (JoJo) Hardin;
and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, step-mother, Ethel Hardin, daughter-in-law, Michelle, brothers, Norm Brice, Dean and Robert and sisters, Shirley, Christine and Mildred.
The family extends a special thank you to those who took care of Mamie at Caremore Assisted Living and Kindred Spirits Hospice Care.
