Erma M. Anderson age 93 of Lennon, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2022 at her granddaughter's home in Owosso. Funeral service will be 12:00 PM on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Durand Chapel. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
Erma Margaret Reinhardt was born June 20, 1928 in Flint, a daughter of Adolph and Elizabeth (Deutscher) Reinhardt. On February 23, 1946 she married Jack Anderson. Erma was a member of V.F.W. Post 2272 Auxiliary in Durand, Owosso Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Congregation Beth Israel Sisterhood and served on the Lennon Village Council as a trustee for many years. She enjoyed reading, cooking, word search games, flowers and getting together with family for meals. Prior to her retirement she had worked as a team leader at Lennon Manufacturing Company for 20 years and as a cook at Miller Road Dairy for many years.
Erma is survived by her son, Ronald (Nancy) Anderson of Durand; grandchildren, Camilla, Lee, Frank, Joel and Terrie; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Anderson; son, Terry Anderson; daughter, Jackie Anderson; and sisters, Helen and Maria.
