METCALF, Paul Lee – Of Flint, age 83, from died Friday, May 6, 2022 at his sisters’ residence
Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 1:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Paul was born on August 3, 1938, the son of William Metcalf and Velma Dailey.
Survived by daughter, Melinda and Steve Taylor;
step-children, Sandy and Cathy;
grandchildren, Steve Taylor, Darlene Juile, Raymond Jones and Jeremy Taylor;
great-grandchildren, Alexander Braley, Koda Metcalf, Shawn Metcalf and Hannah Taylor;
sisters, Evelyn and Edward Skanke, Jane and Ernie Chesser, Marty and Flesha Dailey, Vicky and John Looney;
brother-in-law, Jerry Vanhorn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Metcalf and Velma and Doug Dailey; first wife, Meredith Metcalf; second wife, Irene Metcalf; son, Paul Metcalf Jr; grandson, Matthew Metcalf; sisters, Judy Vanhorn, Jenny Kitchenoff and Nancy Spencer.
