TATUM, Myrtle “Juanita” - age 95, died Saturday, July 25, 2026 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30pm Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Justin Phillips officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Visitation 11:30am Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Juanita was born in Manila, Arkansas on October 28, 1930 the daughter of the late Edward and Velda Day Henderson. She was a hair stylist for 60 years and was the owner of Hill Road Beauty Shop. Jaunita was an avid golfer and bowler.
Surviving are sons, Danny (Jackie) Tatum and Denny (Beth) Tatum;
daughter, Carolyn Tatum Harris (Tom);
grandchildren, Danny, Ronni, Karen, Melanie, Jeremiah, Michael and Birch;
niece, Velda;
and many other loving family member and friends.
