CHEVALIER, Evelyn May - Of Burton, age 83, passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 due to an illness.
Funeral service will be held 11am Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Steve Wood officiating.
Burial in Millington Township Cemetery.
Visitation 3-8pm Tuesday and 10am Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Evelyn was born in Caro, Michigan on April 21, 1938, the daughter of the late Claude and Emma (Summerfield) Stebbins. Evelyn enjoyed traveling, collecting salt and pepper shakers, and watching westerns. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Surviving are sons, Thomas, Ronald, Mark (Tonya);
daughter, Teresa;
8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald, great-grandson, Damien, sister, Barbara and brothers, Donald and Larry.
