Keith John Faber, Jr. of Roscommon, Michigan, age 78, a devoted father, brother, and grandpa, died Thursday, October 21, 2021, with loving family by his side. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Rossell Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Pfeuffer officiating. Burial to follow at Flushing Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, October 25 and 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 26 with an hour of visitation prior to the funeral service Wednesday.
Keith was born in Flint, Michigan on August 17, 1943, to Keith Sr. and Lucille (Crowe) Faber. Keith grew up in Flushing where he came to retire from Flushing Community Schools. Keith loved vacationing with family and hunting with his son. He was an avid lover of family and loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He enjoyed helping others every chance he could get. Keith’s free time was spent sitting on his porch, in the sun, with his dog Muffin. He also enjoyed laughing and having dinner with his friends. He will be greatly missed.
Keith is survived by his children, Brian (Debra) Faber and Denise (Keith) Hynds; grandchildren, Jessica (Mark) Crudup, Nicholas (Victoria) Mazza, Justine (David) Faber, Hollie (Kory) Swedorski, Kristen (Ryan) Crist, Joe Mason, Brieanna DePrez, Jarred Jenca: seven great-grandchildren; significant other, Charlene Muns; and several brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Becky Faber, and his parents. |
