DOBOS, THERESA M. – Formerly of Goodrich, age 84, died Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Cremation has taken place.
Theresa was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 25, 1935 the daughter of the late Stanley and Blanche (Wojciechowski) Zajkowski.
She was a member of Dom Polski and the Vassar Eagles.
Mrs. Dobos worked at Rite Aid in Goodrich for many years.
She was active for many years in a family business.
She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Her passion was to polka dance with her lifetime partner, Stan.
Surviving are 3 children, Paul (Sue) Dobos, Laura (Steve) Forro and
Donald (Deanna) Dobos;
9 grandchildren, Dayna (Zach) Reiner, P.J. Dobos, Dennis Hanson, Dan (Autumn) Hanson, Dr. Stephen D. Forro, Donald Dobos Jr., Chris Duggan, Gregory Wood and Sarah Dobos;
5 great-grandchildren, Anessa, Dayne, Jayce, Jackson and Axel;
longtime companion, Stan Golis;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Floyd and Blanche Cooper.
