JORDAN, Gerald Duane “Pops” - Of Flint, age 85, died Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at his residence.
Private services have been held. Cremation has taken place and burial of cremains will be held at Hadley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Potter Children’s Home and Ministries of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Gerald was born in Flint, Michigan on June 11, 1937, the son of the late Lloyd J. and Mabel E. (Broadus) Jordan. Gerald was a 32nd degree Master Mason, and a 51 year member of Freemason Dillahunty Lodge #112. He was also a member of the Lewisburg TN Car Club.
Surviving are children, David (Susan) Hunt, Mark Jordan, Rhonda (Glenn) Terryah and Lisa Jordan;
11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren;
Sisters, Judy (Robert) Lloyd and Cindy (Archie) Schools;
Mother of his children, Joy Jordan;
Honorary daughter, Angela (Joseph) Whitfill;
And faithful companion, Lexi Lou.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara; son, Jeffrey Jordan; and siblings; Virginia, Grover, Glenn, Dewey, Jack and Rex.
