CROSS, Ronald – of Davison, age 82, passed away on April 30, 2025. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
Ronald Cross was born on May 16, 1942, in Flint, Michigan, the son of the late Leonard and Emma (Ecker) Cross. On March 24, 1990, he married Elaine McClard (Harrell) in Flint, where they built a life together. Ronald retired from General Motors after 35 years of dedicated service. He had a deep love for the outdoors and spent many cherished hours fishing and hunting. In his younger years, he enjoyed archery and tennis. Ronald also took great pride in caring for his yard, always keeping it neat and well-maintained.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Elaine; children: Leonard (Carol) Cross and Edward (Shelly) Cross; step-daughter, Denice (Ismael “Johnny”) Martinez; grandchildren: Adam, Amanda, Kyle, Brandon, Alex, and Eli; siblings: Ray (Jackie) Cross, Richard (Joann) Cross, and Dennis (Carol) Cross; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by both parents, and brother, Jim Cross.
