Robert “Bob” L. Jordan, age 89, of Corunna, passed away September 17, 2026
A time of visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Nelson-House Funeral Home.
Bob was born November 16, 1936, in Flint, the son of Herbert and Donna Jordan. He was a graduate of Owosso High School and, shortly after graduation, proudly served his country as a member of the National Guard.
Bob had a lifelong appreciation for cars and enjoyed being a member of the Mid-Michigan Car Club for many years. He especially cherished the friendships and memories he made along the way.
On February 18, 1961, Bob married the love of his life, Brenda Starr, in Owosso. Together, they shared more than 64 years of marriage.
Bob worked for the Michigan Department of Transportation for several years before retiring.
Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda Jordan; his children, Julie Jordan Pinkston and Doug Jordan; grandchildren, Ethan, Ella, Sam, and Gabe; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
He was predeceased by his son in-law David Pinkston, parents, brothers, Charles and David Jordan and nephew John Jordan.
